Romney, Next GOP Nominee

George Will essentially says, "Calm down conservatives, everything is going to be okay." He makes some good points, as usual. Out of the three we have to choose from now, I would choose Romney. If McCain were nominated, I am not sure that I would be able to hold my nose. I am not worried about it though. McCain is finished. His time has passed. The fact that Guiliani supported McCain-Feingold makes me sick. I hate to go with the conventional wisdom, but like everybody else, I just can't see the GOP nominating Guiliani. That leaves us Romney. The next GOP nominee will be another governor.

UPDATE: Let me add something. My amateur analysis is contingent on the fact that this guy doesn't run. If he does, I get a do-over.
